sports AND EXERCISE Psychology course - £395
Being successful in sport is a dream that we all share, but many people neglect the importance of psychology in being able to achieve it. Sports and exercise Psychology is a interdisciplinary science that examines the different factors that affect performance and how participation can affect an individual’s psychology. Sports and exercise psychologists can work with athletes and team sports players from a range of backgrounds to help them deal with injury, communication, team building and career transitions.
This course has been designed to count towards CPD requirements for professionals such as personal trainers and health professionals. This course does not allow you to practice or call yourself a Sports and Exercise Psychologist. To do so you must complete a HCPC approved course.
